Returns, RMAs & Restocking Fees

Standard Returns

All returns are subject to approval by Terra International. Authorized returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, applied to the total value of the returned goods. Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition and accompanied by original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the User unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Approved RMAs - Restocking Fee Exemption

Approved Return Merchandise Authorizations (“RMAs”) issued by Terra International will not incur the standard 15% restocking fee. RMAs must be formally approved in writing prior to the return of any goods. Only RMAs that meet all eligibility requirements and are authorized through the proper review process qualify for this exemption. Terra International reserves the right to deny RMA requests that do not meet these criteria.
